About Us... Company History Aligned Chiropractic was launched in April 2007 after Dr Tim Moran purchased two well established and regarded practices on the Sunshine Coast.  "Burnett Street Chiropractic Centre" in Buderim and "Singer Chiropractic" in Noosa were each previously owned and operated by experienced Chiropractors.  After working in both practices and establishing a strong relationship with his loyal and supportive patients, a new name and image were created to allow Tim to put his ideas to the way the practices operate.  The two practices are now both very well aligned in terms of operating procedures and staffing.  We aim for a modern, professional and friendly environment.  We pride ourselves on using the very latest research to support the techniques and procedures used. In January 2009 Dr Pier Pelletier joined us after meeting Tim while studying some post graduate Advanced Neurology.  This allowed us to open both practices full time and provide more convenience and service to patients.
